It has been said that everyone has a story
I think it more honest to say that everything you have ever done is a story.
Went to the grocery store? story.
Ate your dog? story.
Thus, its not a matter of IF you're writing a story.
It's whether or not you wrote the story well.
So read our stories. Because if you don't, the monster under your bed will start invading your dreams, forcing you to learn Latin while cross-stitching a suit of armor for Joan of Arc to take on the Stay-Puffed Marshmallow Man.
Worse yet, Dr. Who, Dr. Phil, Dr. Spock, Mr. Spock, and the inventor of the spork will all get together and tell you so many believable lies that you'll lose the ability to tell your own tales. And that would be tragic. Because reasons.
